It’s the start of week 3 and the workout routines are the same as last week. The soul food is a little different and it discusses overcoming your urge for cravings. Boy oh boy do I need to hear this! Enemy number one is my inability to curb the desire to eat the wrong things and eat when I really am full or not hungry! If you have this problem too, keep this bible verse from 1 John close by and pull it out when you need a little encouragement (or self-control)!

My exercise routine has been spot on the first two weeks of the challenge. I have worked out 5 to 6 days each week and hope to continue my positive habits this week. My praise this week? The hubby said I felt “firmer”. Woot! Woot!

Keep working hard ladies. I am trying not to let the number on the scale disappoint me. The weight isn’t melting off like I secretly hoped it would. Those last few pounds are always tough to lose. But I can tell my efforts are working. I feel stronger and better about myself already!
