Living and Active Challenge {Week 4}

We are well into Week 4 of the living and active challenge.  Here’s Clare’s soul food. I like this easy verse to learn this week!

Clare has also changed up the workout routine for the last two weeks of the challenge. Remember you can do your own routine or follow her suggestions. You can find her new routine and videos at Peak 313 Fitness.

So how are you doing? I’ve been exercising much more regularly since this challenge started and I am seeing results. Slow and steady wins the race right. I would love for the fat to melt away, but slow and steady progress is more sustaining and realistic!

I’ve lost 3 pounds of my 7 pound goal. I ate a little more this week than I had been previously, but was blessed with a birthday dinner and a birthday cake I couldn’t resist! Even so, I ate in moderation and didn’t have a set back from it! Woo Hoo!

Keep at it. This challenge has really been a blessing for me. My only regret will be to see it end next week!
